1. Subscription Refunds

If you cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.
Refunds requested after 14 days are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your account must not have violated our Terms and Conditions or been subject to suspension for misuse.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to start@syngame.games with the subject "Refund Request" and include your account email and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

4. Payment Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
